Journey Maps

What Are Journey Maps?

Journey Maps are a way for participants to physically draw, annotate, and describe their individual journeys through librarianship. Beginning from how they became interested in the profession, it tracks various work and educational experiences over time, all the way through to their goals and thoughts for their ideal future in the field.

Here are some maps drawn by our participants! Click on the image to expand for a better view.

This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
